How I Think, How I Work

Hi! I'm Yesi, a passionate UX/UI product designer with a solid background in visual communication. My focus is on creating memorable experiences for users by blending creativity with a user-centric mindset.

I highly value collaborative work and enthusiastically take on leadership roles in projects, ensuring we meet established deadlines while refining every detail. My philosophy of "less is more" guides my creative process, always seeking simplicity to achieve efficient and functional products.

My leadership style is based on open and constant communication. I firmly believe in the importance of integrating the opinions of the entire team, as I consider each perspective essential for the progress and success of the project. Joining forces to achieve exceptional results is my daily motivation! 🚀✨

· I designed the latest AI-based product, applying VUI principles and design thinking methodology. I worked directly with PMs, POs, and stakeholders to define design and market strategies, taking into account the needs of users and clients.


· I scaled the design system to new products and features, incorporating dark mode and improvements in digital accessibility.


· I collaborated closely with all the tech team (Frontend, Backend, QA, Android, and iOS) to ensure the correct development of features. Additionally, I defined permissions and specific configurations for different clients.


· I created and updated documentation to support the correct development of products and their functionalities, coordinating with each team.

· I coordinated the design of the mobile app and the website redesign for DPIP (Dirección Provincial de Ingresos Públicos) in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, with the goal of improving the user experience. The project optimized tax management and filing processes, significantly reduced the debtor rate, and enhanced the overall quality of the user experience.


· I led the design of the website for patients and medical staff, aiming to alleviate the phone lines in the medical circle and enable appointment requests without the need for phone communication, thereby optimizing waiting times.
